I’m pleased to announce HB230 – relative to the adoption of public health ordinances by municipalities was signed by the Governor!

I co-sponsored this legislation to fix flaws that were exposed during COVID tyranny.

This is a bill designed to reign in health officers that took it upon themselves to impose mandates outside of their scope.
