Education

I know competition breeds innovation and reduces cost. Monopoly on education by the State leads to stagnation in performance while ever-increasing budgets. I applaud New Hampshire’s Education Freedom Accounts as a great start towards building a stronger school system with diverse choice.

The education freedom accounts permit families to retake a portion of their tax money and invest directly into the future of their children. I support expansions of this program, to include local property taxes following students living within those cities and towns. In the long term, education, both public and private, will streamline, optimize, and improve due to healthy competition in the marketplace. I am excited for the future of school options within this state!
