HB104 Defend the Guard Passes the NH House!

Credit to Kristin Noble for clipping my floor speech!

In a surprise twist, Defend the Guard’s ITL recommendation from my committee was overturned in a bipartisan, 182-159 vote.

The flips of (R)s opposed and (D)s in support are symmetrical, similar to the previous term, but the quantity has doubled. This could be due to partisan loyalty to the current administration, but I’m only speculating.

I’m proud of the principled people on both sides of the aisle that put the NH Guard member’s lives above the vague threats of “funding risk” originating from the Pentagon. Now, onto the Senate!
